renovated building pleasant staff friendly staff strong water smell missing hot tub dark path

I stayed in building 30. It was new and renovated. Staff was friendly! I found that they were pleasant.

The water smelled strongly of that Florida water smell. Our shower and washing machine smelled like eau du Pirates of the Caribbean. There were no hot tubs, disappointing. The paths and common areas were very dark. Lighting is necessary.

our two bedroom suite balcony was perfect for our family. i loved that it had a full kitchen, a separate dining area, and a comfortable living room. the balcony provided a nice spot. there was ample space for everyone to unwind after long days.

the wi-fi signal was occasionally weak in the evenings. i had some difficulty streaming videos one night. i hope they improve connectivity.

the staff responded quickly to our requests. i requested extra towels and received them within minutes. the front desk was always staffed and ready to assist guests.

totally awesome stay!

cabana with tvs excellent waterslide nice course

i loved the main pool! it had a bar and cabanas with tvs. there was even a waterslide there. i sneaked off for 18 holes. it was a nice course.

live music extra towels

Four pools were available and easy to choose between. The rooms had enough space for my family. The Gardens pool had live music. Front desk sent extra towels to the Dunes pool quickly.

The hotel could use more lighting in some walkways at night.
